A Busy Week of School Visits …

Both Chris and I are equally extremely passionate about wildlife and our natural world. We have had the most incredible experiences working with wildlife, both on the land and sea, and I know what a privileged life we have lived.

I am also absolutely fascinated about how all species are interconnected, and how healthy ecosystems depend on each animal, plant, bird etc being present to be able to do their ‘jobs’ and maintain perfect balance in a particular ecosystem.

I am very grateful of having the opportunity to visit schools, and through Sandi and the Salty Sea Dogs, being able to share with learners, and teachers alike, the incredible local marine wildlife that is right on our doorstep, as well as how important it is to keep ecosystems healthy.

Thank you to all the schools that hosted us this last week, and to the learners for being so enthusiastic about our ocean and marine wildlife!

Thank you also to Penguin Random House and Exclusive Books for the fantastic organizing 🙂
