Visit to the Two Oceans Aquarium

Sandi makes an appearance too!

With the long winter school holidays stretching ahead of us all, it was a great opportunity to spend 3 mornings presenting at the Two Oceans Aquarium in Cape Town.

Sandi was given special permission to enter (Thank you Two Oceans Aquarium!), and not only did she love watching the fish in the exhibits, it was also a great opportunity to meet lots of kids.

The huge honeycomb ray in particular was very interesting indeed!

For my part, it was wonderful to take the audience on a ‘trip’ out into False Bay as we did numerous readings from our book, Sandi and the Salty Sea Dogs, introducing how amazing the False Bay Ecosystem is in a really fun and unique way. The videos especially were a hit!
